About Us
Victory Outreach began in East Los Angeles in 1967, when Pastor Sonny and Julie Arguinzoni surrendered their lives to the call of God and took the message of Jesus Christ into the inner city to those lost in the lifestyle of drug addiction, prostitution, and gang violence.
Through their sacrifice, faithfulness, and trusting in the promises of God, many have witnessed God Almighty take a small humble beginning in East Los Angeles and supernaturally transform Victory Outreach into a world-wide international ministry.
Because of thethe faithfulness of GOD Victory Outreach Ministries has successfully expanded to over 500 churches and ministries within the United States and 24 countries. Thus meeting the needs of people from all walks of life.
Isaiah 45: 2-3
“I will go before you and make the rough places smooth; I will shatter the doors bronze and cut through their iron bars. I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden wealth of secret places, so that you may know that it is I, the Lord, the God of Israel, who calls you by your name.”
Pastor Richard and Delia Jones and their family have the honor of being a part of this great movement. They have witnessed lives transformed by the changing power of their Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
